Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients who register for any project assignment, occasionally change their minds. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy who decide not to take our services.

Refunds are only given under the following circumstances:

The has not been served any portion of the contract AND requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the contract (email notification sent).
There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner. There are no extensions granted for your eLearning courses.
However, in certain special case requests, we reserve the right to extend the service contract or the course access duration on case to case basis.
Remember that, with the service contract and / or enrollment and access of your online course, you have read and agreed to the aforementioned refund policy.
