Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Clients who register for any project assignment, occasionally change their minds.

Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy who decide not to take our services.

Refunds are only given under the following circumstances:

  • The has not been served any portion of the contract AND requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the contract (email notification sent).

  • There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner. There are no extensions granted for your eLearning courses.

  • However, in certain special case requests, we reserve the right to extend the service contract or the course access duration on case to case basis.

  • Remember that, with the service contract and / or enrollment and access of your online course, you have read and agreed to the aforementioned refund policy.
